I’ve been a coach for the last 4 years- using the barbell as a tool for growth in countless lives.
I am trauma-informed in my approach. I value your autonomy, and experience - and how that has shaped your fitness journey.
I am DEI-trained, LGBTQ+ affirming, and a strong Mental Health Advocate. I seek to make the fitness space more intersectional.
My nonprofit Gym Space Equity, focuses on providing fitness resources to marginalized communities- expanding strength to ALL. This is the work I deeply care about.
I’ve been a competitive Powerlifter since 2021, completing 7 meets at the local, national, and international level- and dabble in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu :)
