Growing up with little sports experience or athletic capabilities, I found a passion for lifting at a young age, and eventually, Powerlifting. I quickly fell in love with the sport and realized just how powerful a pursuit of strength is. Feeling more empowered, confident, and inspired than ever, I felt inclined to share that experience with the world.
Since then, I've worked with hundreds of clients online and in-person, and co-founded a nonprofit entity to provide fitness resources to marginalized communities, at Gym Space Equity. I want my reach to be as great as possible, being part of creating the change that this industry deeply needs.
I believe that every individual should experience the power in embracing their true strength regardless of background, race, gender, sexuality, etc. Strength training is a metaphor for life, building character, discipline, confidence, joy, achievement - and that is a feeling that stays with you wherever you go.
